Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days.

Important Notes:

• Shipping times do not include production times.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Returns

We are happy to refund any non-personalized items returned within 7 business days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free of damage. Refunds will not be issued for items that are returned damaged.

Refunds for non-personalized returns will be processed within 1-2 business days after the return is received and approved.

To initiate a return, please email service@luxeandverona.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
