For cleaning your Luxe & Verona pieces, simply use a gentle mild soap and rinse with water. For a deeper clean and polishing you can purchase any polishing cloth that is safe for fine jewelry. Our favorite and the most widely used in the industry is the yellow sunshine polishing cloths.
We recommend storing your pieces in a clean, dry place away from any heat sources. Always clasp your jewelry back together when storing to keep those annoying tangles away.

What is your standard production time?
We prioritize getting your order to you swiftly. Orders placed by 12:00pm are shipped out the same business day, ensuring prompt delivery. If your order is placed after 12:00pm., it will be shipped the following business day. We’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and efficient as possible!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes! if production has not started on your order, you may change or cancel your order. If production has started or the item has shipped, you will need to process a return if the item is elligable for a return.
What is your return policy?
We want you to have a 5-star experience every time you shop with us. If you don’t absolutely LOVE your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you on the return/exchange process.

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days. All orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped next business day. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout.
