14kt Gold Plated
Our 14kt gold plated pieces are plated with 4x the amount of normal gold plating and then coated with an additional protective anti-tarnish layer to help prevent wear and tarnishing.
14kt Gold Filled
Gold-filled jewelry involves a thicker layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded to a base (brass), offering the timeless beauty and durability of solid gold. It’s easy to maintain and long-lasting.

For cleaning your Luxe & Verona pieces, simply use a gentle mild soap and rinse with water. For a deeper clean and polishing you can purchase any polishing cloth that is safe for fine jewelry. Our favorite and the most widely used in the industry is the yellow sunshine polishing cloths.
We recommend storing your pieces in a clean, dry place away from any heat sources. Always clasp your jewelry back together when storing to keep those annoying tangles away.

What is your standard production time?
We prioritize getting your order to you swiftly. Orders placed by 9 a.m. are shipped out the same day, ensuring prompt delivery. If your order is placed after 9 a.m., it will be shipped the following business day. We’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and efficient as possible!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes! if production has not started on your order, you may change or cancel your order. If production has started or the item has shipped, you will need to process a return if the item is elligable for a return.
